A prestigious stud farm & boarding for Thoroughbred broodmares
One hundred and twenty hectares of pasture, around a hundred boxes and brand-new facilities, devoted to the wellbeing of the Thoroughbred.
Acquired in 2021 by Tony Parker, the Domaine de Quétieville has grown steadily. In four years the stud has doubled its capacity and now welcomes more than a hundred Thoroughbreds for French and international breeders.
Under the guidance of Olivier Foucher and his teams, every detail is designed to raise our future champions in the best conditions: quality pasture, a gynaecology room, and lit boxes fitted with cameras.
Behind the Domaine de Quétieville stands a passionate team.
Clément Troprès, Managing Director, Olivier Foucher, stud manager, and their staff watch over every mare and foal, supported by the finest partners. A commitment shared with owner Tony Parker, whose vision drives the estate.
Breeding Thoroughbreds demands constant rigour: gynaecological monitoring with our veterinary partner, accompanying the mare to covering, on-site detection and foaling, and rearing the foal through to its yearling year.
Mares can be housed in lit boxes. Gynaecological and ultrasound monitoring with our veterinary partner, organisation and transport for covering, and gestation follow-up.
Foaling detection via the Easyfoal system and surveillance cameras. On-site foaling by our own team.
Daily care of the mare-and-foal pair, dedicated paddocks, tailored feed and minerals, through to weaning.
Limb-conformation monitoring and handling of yearlings — through to backing for owner-breeders, or through to the sales, with or without our partner Fairway Consignment.
And every day: trimming & farriery, pharmacy, veterinary care and transport — according to each horse's needs.
Boarding from €24/day · tailored quote on request.
